Dave Tropiano

An easily distracted, hospitality focused semi-pro, David has worked in and around the restaurant industry for more than a decade. Opening restaurants for noted entrepreneurs Stephen Starr and Richard Sandoval, among others, has give him an insight and appreciation for all things food, drink and hard work. Currently, he develops and sells software that helps make hospitality easier. When he's not eating cheese, drinking wine and entertaining with friends, he's doing something else fairly exciting.
