 Tanya Zuckerbrot, MS, RD, is the founder of the F-Factor Diet (www.ffactor.com), the only dietitian-created program for weight-loss and optimal health that is based on fiber-rich nutrition.  She is in private practice in Manhattan. In 2006 Tanya published the The F-Factor Diet: Discover the Secret to Permanent Weight Loss (Putnam, 2006), which was a national bestseller.  In January 2013, she will publish The Miracle Carb Diet: Make Calories and Fat Disappear the F-Factor Way – with fiber (Hyperion -Disney/ABC). Tanya is an accredited member of the American Dietetic Association and a frequent contributor to national media, including The New York Times, Shape, Fitness, Men’s Fitness, InStyle, Dr. Oz, Live with Kelly, The View, NBC Today, Rachael Ray, Fox News Channel, ABC News, CBS Evening News, Extra, Telemundo, and more. She serves on the Advisory Board for Women’s Health magazine (Rodale) and is the Official Dietitian to the Miss Universe Organization (Miss Universe, Miss USA, Miss Teen USA). Tanya graduated with honors from New York University with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Studies. She is the first Registered Dietitian with a national line of high-fiber products marketed under the F-Factor brand in partnership with The Hain Celestial Group.
