Step-by-step instructions

1. Hold one light dumbbell with both hands in front of you. Keep your arms straight, but don't go all the way to lockout. Swing the dumbbell to one side with arms straight, but keep your head and torso facing forward.
2. Swing the weight to the other side. That's one rep.
