More proof that nuts are a great weight-loss food

Yes, they’re high in fat. But nuts are a weight-loss food. A recent study in the British
Journal of Nutrition found that people eating a couple small handfuls of nuts a day in addition to their regular diets didn’t gain any additional weight—even with the extra calorie intake. Turns out the healthy fiber and fat fill you up more than other foods, so you ultimately end up eating less overall.
