We can't believe we're saying this, but you might actually want to consider dropping squats, presses, and rows from your workout. Of course, it would only be temporarily, but swapping out some of your favorite exercises-no matter how well they work-for ones you're less familiar with can be the best way to keep your muscles growing and burn more fat.

This month, we're bringing you 10 new moves to add to your repertoire-some of which we bet you could have never even imagined on your own. By working them into your existing routine, you'll not only improve on the exercises you normally do, you'll correct muscle imbalances and other weaknesses, beat workout boredom, and maybe even find a favorite new lift. In fact, you may find these moves work so well that you want to keep them a part of your workouts permanently. Now open your mind, and get ready to sweat.
