WHEN INTERVIEWING FOR A NEW JOB, HOW HONEST DO I HAVE TO BE ABOUT THE REASONS I LEFT MY LAST JOB?

Never lie to a potential employer, and always give an answer with a positive ending. Whatever your reason for leaving, frame it as something that’s moving you forward. Talk about how your knowledge and skills are better suited to an organization such as the potential employer’s. If you were fi red, talk about how you fi xed the problem: you changed your attitude or adopted new behaviors, and now you want to bring your best qualities to a new company. Above all, don’t blame everyone else. Show you’re motivated and ready to add value to the company.
