Guy Ritchie - Karate, Jiu Jitsu

Jiu-jitsu obsessed actor/director Guy Ritchie has a fully equipped home fighting ring where he trains with the best teachers, literally—he's been known to bring world champion Roger Gracie in for private sessions. Ritchie also practiced karate for 14 years before getting into jiu-jitsu, earning a black belt in the former and a brown belt in the latter, and he sayse the physicality of the sport isn’t as important as the deeper lessons you learn. “You find out how conceptual pain is,” Ritchie says.
