It’s all about the classics at Bar Agricole, which owner Thad Vogler has described as serving “simple, real traditional drinks, with good ingredients." Located in SoMa in a LEED-certified building, Vogler has planted a 500-square-foot biodynamic garden to grow fresh goods to use for his artisanal-crafted drinks. The sustainable, eco-minded spirit of the drink menu is reflected in the décor, which consists of reclaimed white oak walls (originally whiskey barrels), and décor items from local craftspeople.
