Car enthusiasts, get excited. Mercedes-Benz has plans to release its first-ever pickup truck in Europe, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa by 2020. Volker Mornhinweg, Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans, said in a press release: “We can perfectly serve customers looking for a vehicle that offers a high level of utility and at the same time has the comfort, safety, and design of a Mercedes-Benz passenger car. We will design our brand's first pickup according to this recipe for success.” The bad news? There are currently no plans to release the pickup stateside, so don't hold off if you've been considering picking up a new ride.
