Dwayne Johnson is gearing up.

The hardest working man in Hollywood is back in the gym as he continues to train for his upcoming slate of films, including the highly anticipated Fast 8. Johnson posted a picture on Instagram of himself getting a workout in, saying that his Fast and Furious character Luke Hobbs “is comin' in hot and he ain't f*ckin' around.”

Johnson is reprising his role as Hobbs for the fourth time in the series, and he wrote that the studio has asked him to “raise the bar.” Johnson wants Hobbs to “grow and evolve. Otherwise its a waste of time. And I don't waste my time;).”

The Rock may be taking it to the “next level” for his workouts for Fast 8, but he also is putting the finishing touches on his upcoming Baywatch film.

Johnson posted a video to Instagram while filming the movie and took time to praise co-star Priyanka Chopra, who portrays the villain in the film.

Johnson also hinted on Instagram that he has a new project coming up with director Shane Black—most likely a Doc Savage movie, which would film in 2017.

Finding our anchor. When I'm shooting on location I always need a space where I can work and keep building the enterprise. Here in Georgia this has been my space for months now. Keepin' it country. Every film, TV show, partnership and project we develop gets handled from here. When I feel good about it, it goes in the pile to the left that clearly reflects my OCD. When I'm still making adjustments, it stays on the pile on the right. All contracts that need signing remain in the middle. On the iPad I'm reading an outline for a cool movie I'll make in 2017 (with director Shane Black) and when I get tired and need a lil' pick me up, the shaker cup holds a special shot of energy - Elk piss. The more complicated our lives get, the more we need simple spaces like this to anchor us. In simplistic terms, find your work space and anchor to help you keep your shit together. #AndDontTryDrinkingElkPiss #IWasKidding #ItsLionBlood
