Jake Gyllenhaal isn't the type of guy to do anything half way—when he decides to do something, he's all in. Case in point: Rather than fake it, Gyllenhaal subjected himself to an intense twice-a-day workout regimen for his upcoming role as  Billy “The Great” Hope—reigning Junior Middleweight Boxing Champion of the World—in the upcoming film Southpaw.  "When I set my mind to something I just won’t stop until I do it,” says Gyllenhaal, in this never-before-seen training video.

Gyllenhaal trained alongside Southpaw director Antoine Fuqua, sometimes as early as 4:30 a.m. That's dedication.
