Today, the 30-year-old TV star (and self-described child pyromaniac) thinks television is evil and finds computers rather “scary.” (No, we didn’t expect to hear that, either.)
Admittedly (quirks aside), Driver, a classically trained actor, has little time to kick back these days. He’s set to star in the new Star Wars and has locked up roles in Martin Scorsese’s Silence and Noah Baumbach’s While We’re Young, alongside Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts.
Industry veterans have compared Driver with the likes of Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, and Robert De Niro. Of course, he’s garnered a few other titles, too, thanks to his role as the self-absorbed man-child Adam Sackler on the HBO series Girls: “Fucking asshole!” is one he hears a lot.
