Game Changers 2014: Mike Dolce

The tenacious trainer is making MMA training safe for the masses.

After changing his workouts to a mixed martial arts (MMA) regimen and losing 110 pounds, Mike Dolce created the UFC Fit DVD series— the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s own 12-week fitness transformation program.

In 2011 he also authored The Dolce Diet, an international best seller focusing on food combinations for optimum health and performance. “Once we make long-term health our immediate priority, every decision becomes obvious,” says Dolce.

To spread his message, the 38-year-old has created the Dolce Diet Center in Las Vegas, where a registered dietician personally troubleshoots your menu.
