Gym Fail Friday: The Workout to Get a Ripped Neck and/or Rip Your Head Off

Two knuckleheads awkwardly demonstrate how to ruin your spinal cord at the gym.

We've seen lots of stupid misuses (more like abuses) of gym equipment, but these guys definitely rank among the worst.

Look: We get that guys want to build their "dominance muscles"—things like their shoulders and traps. Don't do it with these exercises. Do it with this workout instead. We even included a video, so you look like you know what you're doing.
