Jason Momoa hasn’t taken any shortcuts while training for Justice League and Aquaman.

The former Game of Thrones star took to Instagram this week to show off the fruits of that labor, but also to raise money for a good cause.

Momoa posted a picture showing off his jacked biceps and extremely cut core while wearing Mauli Ola Foundation boxing gloves. The foundation works to “introduce surfing as a natural treatment to people with genetic disorders,” and the money raised from people buying the boxing gloves will go to children with genetic disorders.

From the look of him, you wouldn't want to step into the ring with Momoa:

Apart from his superhero roles in Justice League and Aquaman, Momoa has been on something of a roll lately.

In late 2016, Momoa starred in the Netflix show Frontier about 18th century fur trappers. His new film, The Bad Batch, which comes out this summer with Keanu Reeves, looks like it could be the most bonkers crazy movie of the year—no, really, watch the trailer. It’s nuts.

Momoa also just signed on to a new movie adaptation of the game Just Cause, which will be directed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s go-to guy, Brad Peyton, who helmed San Andreas and the upcoming Rampage for Johnson, and also co-created Frontier.

Momoa’s ready for a big year in 2017 with Justice League and the future looks like it’ll keep staying bright for the musclebound star.
