Always be Prepared
Every day, when he heads to Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, NY, McCallany grabs a bag filled with Everlast gear: gloves, jump ropes, head and shin guards, and boxing shoes. "You never know who's going to show up. I always want to be ready in case someone wants to spar."
Mix it Up
Vary your workouts. "I do a lot of punching, but you also need roadwork—running, calisthenics, weightlifting. I'd also recommend Bikram Yoga; it improves flexibility and helps injuries heal faster, especially at the joints."
Eat With Discipline
"I eat whatever I want for breakfast. As the day goes on, I become more careful, I don't eat late at night and no carbs after 6 p.m. I even cut out all alcohol during filming."
