Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy are the core elements of physical fitness that athletes are tested with at the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games.

On Sunday, July 15th at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, Rich Froning Jr., the 24 year old CrossFitter from Tennessee defended his 2011 title and was crowned "The Fittest Man on Earth." And in the female division, 22 year old Annie Thorisdottir also defended her 2011 victory and was crowned "The Fittest Woman on Earth."
