Old Man 'Logan': Hugh Jackman Reveals Title, Release Date of Final Wolverine Movie

Director James Mangold drops the poster and a page of the script from the ‘X-Men’ actor's final role as the musclebound adamantium superhero.

Hugh Jackman is ready to claw his way through some bad guys—for the last time.

After a year of glimpses and hints of casting news, set photos of Jackman looking like a ripped old man, and social media workout videos, the third Wolverine film finally has a name: Logan.

Jackman revealed the title of the film on social media, while director James Mangold debuted the first poster for the movie, showing off Wolverine's always-awesome adamantium claws:

Mangold teased the film’s plot and story by sharing a page of the script on social media. The movie is expected to follow some of the Old Man Logan storyline from the comic books that find an older, weary Wolverine navigating a future apocalyptic America. The excerpt of the script seemingly confirms that news: "As for our hero, well, he's older now and it's clear his abilities aren't what they once were,” the script reads. “He's fading on the inside and his diminished healing factor keeps him in a constant state of chronic pain — hence, booze as a painkiller."

Jackman showed off a picture earlier in the summer that sparked massive conversation because he was looking “old” and “worse for the wear,” but still very jacked. Well, with the Old Man Logan storyline coming, now we get a hint why:

Just awesome!
