When it comes to staying in shape, this diverse group of men - actors, athletes and doctors - pushed their bodies and their limits.
The Age-Defier

You’ve probably seen the photo online—a shirtless septuagenarian boasting the body of a 30-year-old. That’s Dr. Life, author of the New York Times best- seller The Life Plan, and he’s the real deal.
