Top Workout Songs of September

We asked you about your favorite tunes for getting toned and you responded loud and... well, that's pretty much all.

We asked, you answered. Overwhelmingly so.

A few weeks ago, we put a call out on Facebook asking you what songs get you pumped up. The most popular responses: Eminem’s hit “Till I Collapse” tied with an old school favorite, Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger.” Eminem was the artist on most workout playlists, but Rage Against the Machine and Metallica weren’t far behind.

Most fitness buffs turned to hip-hop to get their juices flowing, but rock and metal got a lot of love as well. The weirdest response? Nine Inch Nails’ “Closer.” Some guys just really love to work out.

We compiled your picks into three workout playlists by genre--metal, hip-hop and rock. Play them yourself and see if these tracks help you hit a personal best.
