Because they're taking off in a big way, we figured we'd see at least one or two newbies—if not a dozen—promoting bands that offer even greater benefit to your overall health.
The first promising device we spotted was the Lark Life wristband
), a 24/7 activity tracker monitors your movement, sleep hours, nutrition information, and mood by prompting you with questions throughout the day. In response, a coaching tool spits out tips. Did you spend all day cranking through a home improvement project? The device will probably tell you to take a hot shower and hit the sack early.
