How to Nap Right

Feeling tired at work? Skip the coffee, soda, and energy drinks, and take a quick power nap instead.

Don’t fight the afternoon slump with caffeine. A quick nap is the best way to rejuvenate your brain. The secret of the power nap is length—just 10 to 30 minutes of sleep is all that’s needed to feel less tired, improve your productivity, and boost your memory and creativity. Don’t overdo it, though—longer than 30 minutes, and you’ll wake up groggy.
