Hugh Jackman Warns About Skin Cancer

After the "X-Men" star had cancerous cells removed, he's urging fans to use sunscreen.

Back in November, Hugh Jackman had a skin cancer scare and advised his fans—and the entire Instagram community—to "WEAR SUNSCREEN." Unfortunately for Jackman, his skin cancer made a return, as he let us know today. But he's in the clear thanks to his great doctors.

Wearing sunscreen is no joke and it's something that Jackman takes seriously, as do we at Men's Fitness.

We're not saying you should stay put indoors and skip your daily dose of vitamin D altogether, espeically as the weather gets nicer. But Jackman's encouragement to have your skin checked and wear daily SPF is a message that you shouldn't take for granted.
