As part of Denver Nuggets guard Nate Robinson’s “State of Nate” web series, the 5’9, three-time NBA Slam Dunk Champion gave us a behind-the-scenes look at his photo shoot for MensFitness.com, where he helped Nuggets trainer Steve Hess show off what it’s like to train like an NBA star. ”State of Nate" is a documentary-style web series produced by filmmaker T.J. Regan that features Robinson's life on and off the basketball court.
“Half the battle of working out is just getting up and going to the gym,” Nate says in the five-minute YouTube episode where he boasts his 4% body fat. “That’s being fit.”
