Why in the phunk do they have to always suggest crap that it so friggin' expensive? How about being practical for the less financially endowed.
-- Your Mother
The makers of this expensive crap are probably giving them a nice check for pitching their stupid clothes. No one actually wears this stuff...a guy in a scarf, or a bow tie, is screaming to get his ass kicked.
This article should be titled: "How to spend $1,000 and look like a giant tool"
-- Todd
The fact of the matter is that anything else you see cheaper on the racks is a mimic of these designers lines, go for the look, not the price you could easily knock of hundreds just by shopping at some less pricey places, ie. a Gap Polo, suspenders from a thrift store, maybe the same for the blazer, find a substitute for linen in the pants and that's easy a few hundred down

Gentleman ( and ladies):
Stupidity comes in many forms. These examples of "Mens fashion" are, well, fashionless. Walk into any business meeting like this and your boss will have you escorted out. Going out with a woman on a date should be the same way. You can dress in jeans and a polo shirt, or jeans and a casual shirt with a jacket but not like these bafoons.
-- Will
There is nothing wrong with looking nice; scarves, bow ties and the like allow you to express yourself just like the people that wear tiedie, fubu, or wranglers.
-- JV
There is not a chance that you would ever find someone wearing stuff like this in public. This is some of the stupidest clothing combinations that I have seen. Instead of wasting time showing us garbage like this, show some practical ideas on what men might really wear.
-- Jeff
"Why in the phunk do they have to always suggest crap that it so friggin' expensive? How about being practical for the less financially endowed.
-- Your Mother " dude im 15 and iv bought what these guys are wearing with my pocketmoney , get realistic , go check out top-man , river island , it isnt that expensive when you look for it , chances are the stuff in the shops they suggested is crap anyway ,
i got a jacket from topman , seuit jacket witha hood on it , a t-shirt , a chunky white silk tie , a scarf and a jeans , all for under £100 , im sure big men like you can afford that
-- kaiden
You see, I'm not the only one that says that this is rediculous. Every time thay have one of these things I write in about how one sided they are and about how expensive. Should be called, "How to make more money by selling out your readers." Jeez, I'm from Miami. I'd get shot with these clothes on.
-- Lee
Does anyone actually dress like that in real life? What I don't understand is, you put so much emphasis on being in shape and how women want a real man, and then you put up pix of these pencil necks dressed in the Spaz R' Us collection.
-- Calvin Klein
the dude in the mohawk looks like he wants to off himself. and bow tie guy.....well, if you think that's a good suggestion, wear that out sometime and let us know what the no f*ing corner feels like at the bar.
-- Captain obvious
wow, what a bunch boring old skirts left comments here! the suggestions are cool. i have to admit i dont know that i'd get around with a mohawk or bow tie, but looks cool nonetheless. ill try for something in the middle, and slightly less in your face though.
-- Ian!
No way, no where, at no time should anyone I know wear those clothes......
-- Fred
dude it's not just clothes.
the hair, the body, the features, the clothes, the shoes.
all have to be premeditated, all you need to do is get this process down a couple of times in a row and redo your wardrobe and before you know it you will have a solid image that is unmockable and your own.
for instance.
my wardrobe.
my body
my image
all premeditated.
you don't need some tight-wad 5th avenue fashion designer to tell you how to look good or which $110 shirt is going to get you laid on which occasion, the second you give in to that you're just sacrificing your identity which is therein revealing a lack in self confidence and knowing yourself.
clothes.
sz.M plain color logo tees- $15-$25
sz. 31 cargo shorts/ plaid shorts- $35-$65
sz.9.5 Nike/ New Balance/ Puma running Shoes- $85-$150
body.
I've just been playing sports since i could walk, from swimming and soccer to wakeboarding and wrestling.
combined with light and heavy high rep and low rep weight training and stretching along with a bejesus of crunches i have a body that i'm very proud of that isn't plain but it isn't freakish.
You don't have to spend thousands to look how some stiff says you should in order to pick up that brunette you see every day at starbucks.
all you need to do is have your shit together, just know your image.
have a regiment.
be active.
have a god damned Life.
I'm only 17, but i spend a quarter of how much most of you probly spend and i'm willing to guarentee 2 things.
1. I have Pulled and thrown away more numbers in the last month than you have in the last 6.
& 2. My method is more liable to work because it is angled around what really matters and what is actually possible and doesn't make you look like a tool...
that is all.
oh and don't call her for atleast two days lol.
-- Caleb
I love the hair on these guys! Very sexy and well thought out. Where can I find this Xavier Cruz? Is there A Xac Anthony Salon in NY?
-- Justin
Speaking as someone who has ventured outside in a mohawk and combat jacket, the only thing you have to worry about it attracting unwanted attention from Secret Service men.
-- Robert D. Nero
Id think there'd be better fashion sense in a Mens Fitness magazine.
This isnt the Anarchist Times.
Most fitness people arent punk....that ive seen...... lol
-- Mr. Practical
I recommend getting jackets/coats at places like Buckle, Banana Republic and Express Men can be a tad expensive, but Buckle has good quality jackets for $70-$90. For Fragrance I recommend Black Walnut, Cordovan by Banana Republic, Giorgio Armani, Kenneth Cole Reaction if you really want to draw your lady.
