GET THE ABS DIET BOOK FROM YOUR LOCAL BOOKSTORE AND START DOING SOME OF THE LOWER ABS EXERCISES.. EATING RIGHT WILL ALSO CUT DOWN ON THE FOODS THAT TARGET FAT STORAGE DOWN THERE

everyone has a six pack, males and females, most of us cant see it, only because its covered by a layer of fat, working the abdomen muscles will build bigger abs, but wont really help lose the weight, so you will end up looking fatter, my good advice and what works, is running, its a great way to lose those love handles.

i traded soda and dessert for water and vegetables and now i'm eating better trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet... and i quit smokin cigarettes may 1st so since then i have seen a significant improvement in my cardiiorespiratory endurance.

TIP TO ALL: JUST STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND SKIP DESSERT AND GO TO THE GYM...

It is Simple* to loose your spare tire / love handles and improve your abs...
1. Get on a healthy diet, you need to burn more calories than you take in to loose weight.
2. Cardio - Run, quick sprints and endurance - keep your heart rate up and increase intensity.
3. do ab exercises - increase resistance in your sets. also work all areas of your abs, not just the upper abs!!

p.s. All people really have 8 packs!!
p.s.s. Yes it is going to suck and be hard to do, but find proper motivation and stick to it. or bring a friend to work out with.

umm i think that... u should tell ppl that it would be easy if they did it with a friend or maybe if they took their time... dont tell telll them its hard or they wont want to do it

If you are working out as hard as you can, and you have plateaued just short of a six-pack. Focus just as hard on your diet. The main culprit of belly fat is sugar. Make sure you keep it a 5 grams or below per serving.

upper abs are easily developed but the lower abs are difficult to define and sculpt

When it comes to sugar, what about brown sugar should we keep that to 5 grams per serving as well?

Telling people that defining ur abs will be easy is a lie, but it's definitely not impossible. you have to want it and work at it without giving in to those tempting treats, anyone can do it...

Regarding sugars, brown sugar is white sugar processed with molasses. It's the same nutritionally.

I am 15 and I've been excersising my butt off and lost only 6 pounds. How do I loose 10 more pounds?

I am 18 and I use to have a little bit of a belly but I have stoped eating sweets and fast food about 7 months ago. I run about three times a week (mon, wed, fri) and work out on tuesday and saturday. Now I have ripped abs and a good lower body.

I find one of the best ways to kill the dreaded love handles is to swim at least twice a week, core workout (inclined sit ups etc..) and stop eating crap - it makes a massive difference

does age play a role in ab develpement? I quit smoking about 6 months ago when will I see a difference in indurance?
