The Raspberry Basil Mojito isn’t just refreshing on a hot day, it also replenishes the manganese you’re sweating out in the gym, which is vital for metabolizing protein and carbs. Plus, you’ll get a healthy dose of fiber, thanks to the berries. To make the calorie-free simple syrup in this exotic elixir, bring equal parts water and sugar substitute to a boil, remove from heat, and let cool. Refrigerate and use as needed.
