CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP
2 scoops Chocolate Pro-NOS (available at mri-performance.com)
2 tsp whipped cream
3 tbsp chunky natural peanut butter
1 tsp flax oil 6 oz water or skim milk
4–6 ice cubes
[1] Combine all ingredients in blender; mix until desired consistency is reached. (Add more water or milk for a thinner shake.) [2] Chug.
