½ cup canned, drained black beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 lb lean ground beef
4 whole wheat buns
How to make it 

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.

Form into patties.

Grill and serve on whole-wheat buns.
