The substitution of beef for turkey in this meatball sub is so seamless and delicious, you're going to wonder why you didn't start doing it a while ago. With all the same toppings that make a sub great, you won't even notice the subtle difference in taste, which is a small sacrifice for the immense nutritional benefit.
