Boursin in Endive Spears

Never heard of Boursin? It's a lot like cream cheese—thick and smooth with a mild flavor. There are lots of varieties such as garlic and herbs, black pepper and shallots and chives.

Boursin in Endive Spears
2 heads Belgian endive
1 package Boursin cheese, softened
1 cup toasted walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp Italian parsley, finely chopped
Make It
1.) Cut the root end off each of the endives and separate them into individual spears.
2.) Using a teaspoon, carefully place a spoonful of the cheese in the root end of each dive spear.
3.) Sprinkle walnuts and parsley over cheese.
4.) Place remaining walnuts in the center of a plate and arrange prepared and arrange prepared endive spears around them in a circle
