Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Shake
A recipe that makes protein easier to swallow
Ingredients:
2 scoops Chocolate Pro-NOS (available at mri-performance.com)
2 tsp whipped cream
3 tbsp chunky natural peanut butter
1 tsp flax oil 6 oz water or skim milk
4 - 6 ice cubes
To Make:
[1] Combine all ingredients in blender; mix until desired consistency is reached. Add more water or milk for a thinner shake.
[2] Chug.
