Clean Green Drinks: Chocolate Peanut Butter Monster

But if I had to pick just one for you boys it would have to be the Chocolate Peanut Butter Monster. I see too many people drinking these chalky shakes, and going on these crazy diets, and I tell them, "You don’t even enjoy what you’re doing right now!"  I can assure you that you'll enjoy the Chocolate Peanut Butter Monster. It reminds me of a milkshake—and it tastes like one, too! It packs a nutritional punch, plus helps you build lean muscle.

The Chocolate Peanut Butter Monster

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ Bartlett pear, cored
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

SERVES 3. Per serving:
150 calories, 7g fat, 4g protein, 20g carbohydrates, 5g fiber, 8g sugar, 290mg potassium, 15% DV Vitamin E
