You like coffee. You like the benefits of whey protein. So why not put them together for a tasty pre-workout snack?

Ingredients:

  • Large unsweetened iced coffee
  • 30g whey protein

Directions:

  1. Pour the iced coffee, cubes too, into a shaker bottle.
  2. Add the protein powder and shake it up.
  3. Pour the mixture back into the original iced-coffee cup and sip at your leisure.
