This is hands-down my favorite Jamba smoothie of all time. It's loaded with 17g of protein and tastes awesome. There's a pretty substantial amount of carbs, and a lot of sugar, but that only makes it a better post-workout shake; carbs are necessary for recovery and sugar drives up insulin, which is a powerful muscle-building hormone.
