Vitamin C: Take 1000 mg three times a day, or to bowel tolerance. Too much may cause unpleasant stomach issues like bloating or diarrhea, so if you're experiencing any of those, lay off the supplement.
B-complex vitamins (especially B6): Take 25 mg 1-3 times a day. B vitamins help your liver detoxify heavy metals, formaldehyde and solvents.
Magnesium: 900-1200 mg. Magnesium stimulates bowels and is a mineral activator for many detox enzymes.
