Top round steak with a handful of mixed nuts or sweet potatoes and 24 oz. water
Charlie starts every morning with top round steak. During the cutting phase, he had it with nuts, but during bulking, he switched to sweet potatoes to get his weight up. "I hate it. I can't even look at it when I eat it anymore," he said after four weeks.
