How about some avocado and mango salsa to fancy up your average weeknight dinner? Simply dice avocado, red onion, and mango, then mix with a squirt or two of lime juice. Use it to top your protein of choice, like lean grilled chicken or fish. (Not a mango fan? Other fresh fruit, like peaches or pineapple, work well too.)
