Fit Food: The Benefits of Swiss Chard

Easy Side Dish

Saute about 4 cups of Swiss chard in a little olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper to taste, then add 1-2 pieces of diced bacon or pancetta. The smoky meat adds a lot of flavor without too much fat. Brilliant.
