BlogsHeart Attack Grill Customer Suffers Heart Attack
Patron at gimmicky Vegas eatery gets too much of what he ordered.

Proving that fate has a macabre sense of humor, a man dining at the poignantly named Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas suffered an apparent heart attack. He was eating what's known as the Triple Bypass Burger, a 6,000-calorie burger that includes three beef patties, cheese, onions, tomatoes and "special sauce" on a bun.
The eatery, which boasts "taste worth dying for," includes other menu items such as Flatliner Fries and Butter-fat Shakes, served by waitresses dressed as nurses.
Customers initially thought that it was a publicity stunt, but Heart Attack Grill owner Jon Basso confirmed that it was not, telling MSNBC, "We would never pull a stunt like that."
Thankfully, he survived and is recovering.
Video a fellow diner took of the customer being wheeled out by paramedics that went viral.
A single burger can't cause a heart attack, but beware the big five risk factors that increase your heart attack risk. And learn to keep your heart healthy through weightlifting and avoiding these foods.
