Protein Power: 6 Easy Ways to Eat Tofu

Yes, you can BBQ your tofu. Just choose the extra firm variety and squeeze out as much water as possible, then brush on your favorite marinade or sauce. A quick one we love combines ½ cup of lime juice; ½ cup of maple syrup; ¼ cup of soy sauce; and generous dashes of fresh garlic, ground pepper, and red pepper flakes.
