Here, Canora offers his perfect summer smoothie, designed to both pump you up and refresh you. It’s got mango to satisfy your daily vitamin C need; cilantro for antioxidants; coconut water—the ultimate hydrator, with more potassium than a banana; and spinach, for iron and vitamins A and K. 

Mango Green Smoothie
Makes 1
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves
1/2 cucumber, sliced (about 1 cup)
3/4 cup coconut water Juice of 1 small lime Handful of spinach

1) Add everything to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
