Nike is suing a CrossFit box in West Palm Beach, Florida for the gym’s new logo, which looks awfully similar to the sports empire’s Jordan silhouette.
CrossFit Cityplace’s owner Matt Brewster disagrees, saying the inspiration comes from a one-armed handstand on a kettelbell.
“I’ve never seen Michael Jordan slam dunk a 70-pound kettlebell upside down,” the lawyer representing Brewster, Michael Pike, told The Palm Beach Post.
So is Nike picking on the little guy? Or did a little Photoshop turn His Airness upside down? What do you think?
