New York Jets Star Matt Forte Reveals His Workout Secrets, Exercise Tips, and NFL Draft Experience

Matt Forte knows how to stay in shape.

The New York Jets running back has been one of the most productive players in the NFL during his career—and that means spending countless hours working hard in the weight room. While promoting the Verizon NFL Mobile App for the NFL Draft, the 30-year-old took time to answer some questions about his training and how he keeps up with the young stars of the league. 

Forte has been extremely durable during the course of his career—missing just eight total games in eight seasons with the Chicago Bears—and his training routine is one of the main reasons why he has been able to avoid injuries. In the video above, Forte offers some insight on how he works out, and how he has been able to stay on the field when so many other players go down with injuries.
