The newly-minted L.A. Rams are the biggest movers in Forbes' newly released annual list of the most valuable teams in the NFL, going from 28th last year to sixth on the list after venturing out west. The team is now valued at $2.9 billion—doubling in value—due to relocation and their future stadium in Inglewood.

The Dallas Cowboys were named the most valuable franchise at $4.20 billion, followed by the New England Patriots ($3.40 billion), New York Giants ($3.10 billion), San Francisco 49ers ($3.00 billion), and Washington Redskins ($2.95 billion) in the top five.

Another team that made a jump? The Minnesota Vikings—the franchise’s value is up nearly 40 percent ($2.2 billion) thanks to a new $1.1 billion home venue, U.S. Bank Stadium. The Miami Dolphins ($2.38 billion) moved up from 16th to number 12, while the Oakland Raiders ($2.1 billion) jumped from 31st to 20th based on the potential of either getting a new stadium or relocation—potentially to Las Vegas.
