Not even a grueling, physically-draining playoff win can keep linebacker James Harrison out of the gym.

Following the Steelers victory over the Miami Dolphins in the NFL playoffs on Sunday, the former All-Pro and Super Bowl champion did what he does best—he crushed massive weight in the gym. We’ve shown you some of his crazy “super band” bench press workouts before and here is another huge lift from the linebacker:

But that wasn't all Harrison did.

After the 38-year-old dominated the Dolphins in one of the best playoff games of his career—he had 2 sacks, 6 solo tackles, a forced fumble, and 3 quarterback hurries—Harrison strapped two 45-lb plates to his waist and banged out pullups:
