As one of the hardest-hitting players in the NFL, James Harrison doesn’t mess around on the football field.

Based on his Instagram videos, the 38-year-old has the same mindset in the gym.

When Harrison isn’t flattening running backs at the line of scrimmage for the Pittsburgh Steelers, he’s crushing workouts in the gym and sharing it for all his fans to see—like this post of Harrison working on “stability and power” with a "super band"-style bench press. Sometimes also called a "crazy bell" press, the added instability of this move makes the simple bench press vastly more demanding:

Of course, the two-time Super Bowl champion and 2008 NFL Defensive Player of the Year doesn’t just stick to the bench press when he’s in the gym.

Harrison jumps around from bicep training, to massive bench lifts, band workouts, shoulder workouts, barbell curls, one-handed pullups, and dumbbell lifts with bands to really get his motor going.
