Justin Thomas is on the rise.

The American golfer won his first career major tournament at the 2017 PGA Championship, holding off Hideki Matsuyama and Kevin Kisner to get it done.

The 24-year-old proved he’s part of the stud group of golfers on the PGA Tour—including fit athletes like Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, Brooks Koepa, and Rory McIlroy—by finishing 3-under 68 on Sunday at Quail Hollow.

Like Johnson, McIlroy, and Spieth, Thomas hits the gym hard, working out at the Joey D Golf Performance Center with trainer Joey Diovisalvi, who helped Johnson transform into the fittest man in golf.

If Thomas keeps working out like Johnson, he could have a few more trophies in his future.

Here’s how Thomas trained to win the 2017 PGA Championship.
