How to Finish Off an Intense Battle Ropes Training Session Like Dwayne Johnson

The Rock showed off a weighted battle ropes exercise while filming the ‘Jumanji’ sequel with Kevin Hart in Hawaii.

Even when he’s in the jungle, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson finds time to work out.

The jacked action star—and highest-paid actor in the world—took to social media to show off a finishing move from a “killer” training session in Hawaii, in which he brought some battle ropes out of his arsenal for “rope attacks”:

Johnson has been sharing video and photos from the Jumanji set, including some shots featuring Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan. He also debuted the first look at actor Nick Jonas in character, standing alongside Johnson’s character, the ripped Dr. Smolder Bravestone:


Johnson is once again in prime shape for this film—just like when he got HUGE for Fast 8.
