We get it: Shopping for clothes can be a chore. If you're not out fighting crowds and combing through rack after rack in search of your size, you’re at a loss online as you spot a jacket on one site and jeans on another. It would be so much easier if one spot had everything you needed so you could click, buy, and be done without all the hassle.
Well, apparently shopbop.com feels your pain. Yesterday, the popular e-tailer, a one-stop shop for more than 500 women’s brands, launched a men's store called East Dane. Already home to 135 brands from A.P.C. to Jack Spade, the company has plans to add at least 65 more by the end of the year.
In addition to offering a huge selection of apparel, East Dane also sells shoes and accessories. Plus, a section of the site called "The Shops" can help you narrow down your clothing choices based on whether you're looking for something to wear to work, stocking up on basics, or getting ready for vacation. Not the most style-savvy online shopper? Don't sweat it. East Dane's forthcoming "Style Guide" tab offers advice on putting together an impressive outfit.
One more thing we like: an easy checkout experience. If you've got an account on amazon.com, East Dane's parent company, you won't need to create a new account before completing a purchase on eastdane.com. Ah, so much better than tripping over a stroller at the mall.
